摘要
目的:探讨水提三七总皂苷副产物三七黄酮的综合利用,解决三七总皂苷提取中的黄酮类成分分离、纯化工艺。方法:筛选大孔吸附树脂,比较其对三七黄酮成分的吸附性能。结果:大网格组合大孔吸附树脂分离总皂苷后,70%EtOH洗脱黄酮类成分,AB-8树脂较宜于三七黄酮类成分的提纯。结论:经AB-8树脂吸附分离后,提取物中黄酮含量有所提高。AB-8树脂是一种性能优良的吸附剂。
Objective： to study overall utilizatikon of Panax pesudonginseng flavanone, to solve the problem of separation and purification of panax pseudoginseng flavanone. Methods： to select the technology of separation and purification of Panax pseudoginseng by macro - reticular resin. Results： after absorbent of AB - 8 resin, the content of flavanone is heightened. AB - 8 resin can be used to refine the total flavanone in panax pseudoginseng.
