摘要
大型精密贵重仪器设备是高校生存和发展的重要物资基础。由于其价格昂贵、技术先进、科技含量高,同时其更新换代快、使用成本高,如何充分发挥大型仪器的技术优势为教学科研服务,对盘活整个教育资产有相当大意义。分析了大型仪器管理存在的问题,探讨了建立大型仪器公服体系的实施措施。
Materially,universities and colleges live on and develop with large - sized and sophisticated instruments （large -sized instruments as follow）. For one thing, the large -sized instruments are with expensive prices and advanced technology; for another part, they are usually updated quickly and maintained costly. Therefore,it＇s significant to take advantage of the technological superiority of the large -sized instruments to serve teaching and research, thus ensuring more efficient use of them. some problems of management of large - sized instruments are analyzed. Some measures need to be taken are discussed to set up a public service system of large - sized instruments.
