摘要
目的研究分析外科手术切口感染的原因和护理对策。方法加强病区微生物学监测和病区卫生管理,严格无菌操作。结果2005年手术279例,感染21例,感染率7.5%。2006年手术278例,感染10例,感染率2.8%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论降低空气中病原微生物数量,合理控制人员流动,严格无菌操作,正确使用抗生素,能够降低手术切口感染率。
Objective The research analyzed the reason of surgical operation slices infection and found the nursing counterplan. Methods Enhancing microbiology monitors at the disease area, and disease area hygiene management, and keeping asepsis. Results In 2005, 279 cases of patients were on operation, 21 cases with infection, infection rate was 7.5%. In 2006, 278 cases were under surgical operation, 10 cases with infection, infection rate 2.8%.Two groups had significant difference（P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion Lower the amount of air disease microorganism, control the personnel flows reasonably, keep asepsis operation, use antibiotics reasonably, which would lower the surgical operation slice infection rate.
