摘要
对国安电力有限公司2号300 MW机组真空系统进行严密性试验,对漏空气点分布规律、检漏方法和消除漏点措施进行了讨论。通过采用现代化的检漏堵漏等技术,总结出提高该型机组的真空严密性的一些方法和经验。消漏措施实施后,2号机组真空严密性由0.696 kPa/min提高至0.098 kPa/min。
The tightness of vacuum system for 300 MW unit no. 2 in Guo'an Electric Power Co Ltd has been tested, the distribution regularity of air leakage points, the leakage detecting method and the leakage eliminating measures being discussed. Through adopting modern leakage - detecting technology etc. , some methods and experiences for enhancing the tightness of vacuum for unit of its type have been summarized up. After implementation of said leakage - eliminating measures, the tightness of vacuum for unit no. 2 has been enhanced from 0. 696 kPa/min to 0. 096 kPa/min.
