摘要
片式元件自动切割机是属于光机电一体化高科技技术领域产品,应用于SMT(表面安装技术)中片式电容生产工序。研究了这种自动切割机控制系统的组成,及其能够实现的功能。
Electronic chip component automatic cutting equipment belongs to high - tech field products, it is apply- ing for manufacturing capacitance chip in SMT. This article researches on the controlling system of this automatic cutting equipment, and its realizable function.
