建设项目动态联盟运作模式研究 被引量：9

摘要 在建设项目发展背景的基础上提出了建设项目动态联盟模式,分析了该模式的内涵与意义,并与制造业动态联盟作了比较,设计了该模式的宏观框架。对建设项目动态联盟模式的组织体系、运行、团队集成以及协调等问题进行了详细阐述,最后分析了该模式运行的支撑体系。
