摘要
给出了叶盘结构振动应力数值预测方法.首先计算了协调叶盘结构在设计转速下、气动力作用下的振动应力,然后根据错频方案,研究了叶盘振动特性,对其振动应力进行预测,并对不同错频方案的计算结果进行了对比分析.认为错频对振动应力的影响正比于其对振动位移(振幅)的影响,可以从系统最大位移的角度来评估叶盘转子失效的风险.
The estimate method of vibrational stress of bladed-disk is given. The vibrational stress of harmonious bladed-disk assemblies under design rotational speed by pneumatic force is calculated firstly. Then the vibrational characters are researched. And its vibrational stress is estimated. The results of different mistuning scheme are compared lastly. The relations between vibration stress and vibration displacement are direct ratio, so the venture of bladed-disk assemblies invalidation can be evaluated according to the biggest displacement of system.
