摘要
目的:探讨噪声对作业工人血清中去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量的影响。方法:选取广东省5家制药厂接触职业性噪声的职工130例作为噪声暴露组,另选这些企业不接触噪声和其他毒物职工134例为对照组,抽取空腹静脉血,采用酶联免疫法测定其外周血中NE的含量。结果:暴露组的NE含量为0.1387±0.099ng/ml,对照组为0.1019±0.080ng/ml,经u检验,两组NE测定结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:噪声能引起噪声暴露者外周血中NE含量升高。
Objective :To explore the effects of noise on bioactivity of noradrenalie(NE). Methods :We selected 130 employees who contacted occupational noise in some enterprises as noise exposure group, and 134 employees who did npt contact noise and other poisons as control group. Fasting venous blood were drawn to determine the content of NE in peripheral blood with ELISA. Results :The result of determination about NE between 130 in exposure and 134 in control group showed that the average of NE in exposure group is 0.1387±0.099 ng/ml, and 0.1019±0.080 ng/ml in control group. There was significance in statistics about NE detection in exposure and control group with u test. P〈0.05. Conclusion :The concentration of serum NE in noise exposure group was higher obviously than that in control group, which indicates that noise increases the NE in peripheral blood, and the more noise exposure, the more NE in peripheral blood.
