摘要
目的探讨脑梗死患者的主要危险因素并提出预防措施。方法对105例脑梗死患者的危险因素进行调查及相关分析。结果脑梗死患者主要的危险因素有高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病、心脏病、吸烟史、卒中史,发病率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,男性多于女性,且发病部位多在基底节区。结论高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病、心脏病、吸烟史、卒中史为脑梗死患者的主要危险因素,控制好这些危险因素,对预防脑梗死发生有重要的临床价值。
Objective To explore the main risk factors of patients with cerebral infarction （CI） and introduce the protective measure. Methods The risk factors in I05 cases of CI were investigated and correlation analyzed, Results The main risk factors in the patients with CI included hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, heart diseases, smoking and history of stroke. The incidence was gradually increased with the age. The disease preferentially occurred in male. The diseased region frequently located at basal ganglia. Conclusions Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, heart diseases, smoking and history of stroke are main risk factors of patients with CI. It is important to reduce and control these risk factors for preventing＇ CI,
