摘要
目的制作一种经济实用、快捷方便、穿刺成功率高的医用器具。方法取用普通注射器、针头等加工制作成提拉式穿刺检测器(专利号:032169450)。结果提拉式穿刺检测器穿刺成功率高、组织损伤小、方便顺手、经济实用、重复性强、患者易接受。结论提拉式穿刺检测器值得进一步推广使用。
Objective Makes one economical and practical, quickly to facilitate, the puncture success ratio hight medical appliance. Methods The lift-draw style puncture instrument was made of an ordinary injector, needle and et al. （the patent number： 032169450）. Results The lift-draw puncture is very easy to operate successfully, with little tissue damage. Besides these, the instrument has advantages of convenient, cheap, practical, good repetitiveness and compliance from patients. Condusions The lift-draw puncture implement is worth further promoting its application.
