摘要
目的观察高压氧配合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果。方法将148例DPN变患者随机分为治疗组(n=80)和对照组(n=68),治疗组采用高压氧配合中药治疗,对照组单纯予高压氧治疗。比较观察两组疗效。结果治疗组治疗有效66例,有效率为82.50%,对照组有效22例,有效率为32.35%,两组疗效差异有高度显著性(χ2=38.35,P<0.01),治疗组治疗后神经传导速度加快。结论高压氧配合中药对DPN疗效优于单纯高压氧。
Objective To discuss the clinical results of hyperbaric oxygenation Chinese herbs for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathies （DPN）. Methods （HBO） in combination with 148 patients with DPN enrolled in this study were randomly divided into a therapeutic group （n = 80） and a control group （n = 68）. The therapeutic group received HBO in combination with Chinese herbs, the control group were given single HBO therapy. The response rates of these groups were compared. Results Of 66 patients in the therapeutic group got symptom free, with a response rate of 82.50%, and in control group, of 22 patients got symptom free, with a response rate of 32.35 %. In comparison between these two groups, there was statistically significant difference （χ^2 = 38.35, P 〈 0. 01）. An improved nerve conduction velocity in the therapeutic group was found in the therapeutic group after treatment. Conclusion HBO in combination with Chinese herbs got more satisfactory results than single HBO treatment.
