考虑统一潮流控制器的电力系统状态估计算法

摘要 以统一潮流控制器(UPFC)为代表的灵活交流输电系统(FACTS)技术可以实现传输功率的合理分布、优化系统资源,提高系统的稳定性和可靠性。基于加权最小绝对值(WLAV)估计准则,将UPFC元件的作用等效为一系列电压和功率的约束,并运用内点法进行状态估计计算。该方法可以完全完整考虑UPFC元件对系统运行状态的影响,并能充分利用WLAV估计的抗差的特点,提高估计的精度。IEEE-14系统的算例仿真结果,验证了所提出算法的有效可行性。 The technique of Flexible AC Transmission System(FACTS), especially Unified Power Flow Controller(UPFC), can be used to realize the reasonable distribution of power flow and optimization of system resources and improve the stability and reliability of the system. Based on estimate rule of WLAV, a way of transforming the effect of UPFCs to some restrictions of voltage and power flow is introduced into state estimation, which is calculated with Interior Point Method. The model and solution could consider the effects of UPFCs to power system completely and enhance the precision of estimation by using the characters of WLAV The results of simulation in IEEE- 14 system indicate that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible.
