摘要
在分析我国大学城的概况以及区位模式类型的基础上,对影响大学城区位模式的城市的规模及城市地域形态、基础设施的完善程度、城市的发展战略、政府和政策的引导、土地资源的价格等多项因素进行了探讨。在比较三种区位模式的大学城优缺点的基础上,展望我国大学城的发展。
Based on the analysis of the survey and location models of university towns in China, this paper probes into the influential factors on the location model, such as urban scale and geographical form, levels of infrastructures, development strategy, government policy and price of land. Then based on analysis of the advantages and defects of three different location models, this paper shows the prospects for the development of university towns in China.
