摘要
[目的]建立快速鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素检测方法。[方法]采用VITEK32微生物分析仪和miniVIDAS全自动酶联免疫分析仪联合诊断系统检测从婴儿奶粉中分离出的1株菌。[结果]从奶粉中分离的菌鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌,产肠毒素。[结论]联合系统能够快速鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌和检测金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素的产生情况。
[ Objective ] To set up a rapid identification method for Staphylococcus aureus and its enterotoxin. [ Methods] VITEK32 microbiology analysis system and miniVIDAS system was used to indentify 1 strain bacteria from babyhood＇s milk powder. [Results] This strain was identified as Staphylococcus aureus, producing enterotoxin, [Conclusion] Staphylococcus aureus and its enterotoxin can be quickly indentified by the association sysytem.
