摘要
课堂心理环境是一个较为复杂的微观生态系统。本文试图以生态学科中的生态平衡原理、限定因子定律和花盆效应为理论基点,提出建构平等的师生观、正确的教学观和开放的心理观,以期构建和谐课堂心理环境,激发学生的学习积极性。
The psychological environment is a more complicated micro -ecological system. The article is tempted to construct an idea about teachers and students relations on equal basis, right teaching and open psychology on the basis of ecological balance, the law of limited factors and flowerpot effect. And it tries to arouse the initiative of the students in the harmonious psychological environment.
