焦点解决短期心理咨询在中小学的应用被引量：13

摘要焦点解决心理咨询作为一种新兴的咨询模式,在家庭治疗、学校辅导等领域得到广泛认可。其基本理念为:关注未来,不讨论问题的原因;认为每个问题都有例外;相信小改变可以引发大变化;确定来访者具有解决问题的能力与资源。焦点解决短期心理咨询在中小学有传统咨询技术不可比拟的优势,为中小学教师引导、解决学生心理健康问题提供了新的思路和方法。教师应依据建立目标、寻找解决、思考与作业、后续会谈等操作步骤为学生提供心理咨询方面的服务,帮助学生解决心理健康方面的问题。
