摘要
以-βO-4型木素模型物——愈创木基丙三醇-β-愈创木基醚为起始物,采用酶氧化法和化学氧化法分别制备出了-βO-4型邻醌木素模型物.结果表明,化学氧化法制备-βO-4型邻醌木素模型物的得率高于酶氧化法的得率,而且化学氧化法比酶氧化法简便.所制备的-βO-4型邻醌木素模型物是研究高得率浆木素发色基团与过氧化氢反应机理较为理想的简单模型化合物.
Lignin quinonid chromophores, especially the ortho-quinones , are the main source of color of high yield pulp. And β-O-4 type lignin ortho-quinone model compound is a comparatively perfect simple model compound for studying the reaction mechanism of lignin chromophores in high yield pulp with hydrogen peroxide. In this paper, a kind of β-O-4 type lignin ortho-quinones model compound respectively was made by enzymic oxidation process and chemical oxidation process with the initial substance as guaiacylglycerol-β- guaiacyl ether. The results showed that the yield of β-O-4 type lignin ortho-quinone model compound made by chemical oxidation process was bigger than that by enzymic oxidation process. And the chemical oxidation orocess was more simpl and convenient than enzymic oxidation process.
