摘要
运气学说是关系到天文学、历法学、生物学、医学等多学科领域的一门学科,它从宇宙的节律方面探讨气候变化对人体健康及疾病发生的关系。中医妇科学作为中医体系中的一部分,有很大一部分理论源于运气学说。经过千百年的理论继承与发展,形成了较为独特的理论体系。从病因病机、经、带、胎、产等方面将运气学说在中医妇科学的应用作一总结,同时为运气学说在中医妇科学中的进一步发展提供一定的理论资料。
Yunqi Theory is related to astronomy, calendar, biology, medical science, etc, It probes to the effects of climates changes on the relationship between people＇s health and disease attacks from the aspect of study for the rhythm of the universe and weather changes. Gynecology of TCM, as a part of the system of TCM, mostly comes from yunqi theory. Through thousands of years＇ heritage and development, it has become a more peculiar theoretical system. Now, a summary has been made on application of Yunqi theory to Gynecology of TCM based on the cause of disease and pathogenesis, menstruation, secretion, embryo and delivery. Simultaneously, it has provided certain theoretical materials for further development of yunqi theory in gynecology of TCM.
