摘要
提出了一种新型半桥电流源型串联谐振零电流三电平逆变器。该逆变器由三电平桥臂、串联谐振槽、双副边高频隔离变压器、共发射极周波变换器及输出滤波电容组成,开关管电压应力为输入电压的一半,可实现全程零电流软开关。分析了系统开关与能量交换的过程,并对每个开关过程能量传递方式进行了讨论。根据四象限工作要求设计了逻辑组合驱动信号,实现了系统在阻性负载、感性负载、空载模式下的控制。在对电路详细分析的基础上,已经制作样机一台,并通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
A novel current mode series-resonant ZCS three-level half bridge inverter is proposed. The inverter is composed of half three-level bridge leg, series-resonant tank, dual-winding isolated transformer, common-emitter cycle-converter and output filter capacitor. Its typical characteristic is current isolated mode with good current control. The voltage stress of the switches of the three-level leg is half of the input voltage, and the switches can realize ZCS in full load range. Power flow with different switch combination is analyzed and their drive signals are given based on these analysis. A prototype is built based on the detailed analysis. The system is verified by the experimental results with resistance load, inductance load and capacitance load.
