摘要
以无水乙醇为溶剂,用CuSO4.5 H2O及Na2S.9 H2O为原料,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为表面活性剂,采用非水溶剂法制备了纳米硫化铜粉体。实验研究了最佳制备条件,并对产品进行了一系列表征。最佳条件为:[Cu2+]=0.002 3 mol/dm3,[S2-]=0.002 4 mol/dm3,[SDBS]=0.002 3 mol/dm3。硫化铜的平均粒径为30 nm,已达到纳米量级。
By means of non-aqueous solvent, the nano-particles of copper sulfide were synthesized with ethanol as the solvent, CuSO4· 5H2O and Na2S · 9H2O as raw materials, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) as surfactant. The optimal synthesized conditions were studied in the experiments, and some products were characterized. The conditions were: [Cu^2+] = 0. 002 3 mol/dm^3, [S^2- ] = 0.002 4 mol/dm^3, [SDBS] =0. 002 3 mol/dm^3. The average diameter of the plroduct was 30 nm.
