摘要
在社会转型期的今天,警察这一高危职业的压力日渐增大,职业危机也日益凸显。调整警民之间的关系,重新定位警察角色被提上议事日程。在重新定位警察角色,避免警民正当话语权的错位时,警民之间应适当换位思考,合理利用大众传媒等形式,打开一个平等的对话空间,这才是消除双方隔阂、改善关系,实现两者双赢的最佳途径。
In this even changing society, the pressure of police officer （a high risk profession） increase in each passing day. The crisis in this line of work is getting more and more evident. Therefore, how to adjust the relationship between the police and the people, how to re-locate the role of police has been put in agenda. Nevertheless, when re-locating the police role to avoid the misplacement of rights of proper words between them, it is suggestive to make them have a proper position-exchanged consideration, reasonably make use of public media so that an equal space for dialogues would be created which is the best route to eliminate the misunderstanding between both sides, improve their relationship and achieve a mutual success.
