摘要 介绍了基质辅助激光解吸离子化技术的原理、特点、基质的选择及其在多肽、蛋白质、核苷酸和糖类化合物等生物大分子、高分子、小分子化合物、低聚物的分析以及在烟草行业中的应用。 The principle and characteristics of matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) analysis and the selection of matrix were introduced. The application of MALDI in the analysis of biomacromolecular coumpounds (such as polypeptide, protein, nucleotide and saccharides) , macromolecular compounds, low molecular substances and oligomers, and the application of MALDI in the tobacco industry were reviewed.
