摘要
在分析当前工装系统不足的基础上,对货车工装系统柔性化的可能性进行了探讨。研究了工装柔性化的若干关键技术,提出了可自由调整的基础工作平台结构,对夹紧单元的柔性化和标准化进行了分析,探讨了柔性工装的设计要点。应用这些研究成果,成功开发了端墙柔性工装系统,实际应用结果表明:该系统性能良好,可实现不同车型间的快速转产,并有效提高产品的生产效率。
Firstly the shortcomings of normal technological equipment were analyzed, then the feasibility of technological equipment flexibility was discussed. Based on these analyses, some key technologies of technological equipment flexibility were researched. The structure of operation platform which was adjusted freely was put forward, and the flexibility and standardization of clamping cells were researched, and the method of stiffness design was presented. Applying these research fruits the flexible technological equipment of end wall are developed. The practical application results indicate that the equipment has high performance, and it is fast to change the line of production, and the production efficiency is improved.
