摘要
根据继电保护装置的动作逻辑,利用Markov状态空间的理论,提出了计算继电保护系统正确切除故障的概率模型。该模型计及了主保护和后备保护的作用,可以评估不同保护配置情况下的可靠性,能够真实地体现保护系统正确切除故障的概率。利用实际统计数据进行的算例分析验证了模型的合理性,计算结果对电力系统可靠性分析及风险评估具有参考价值。
According to the operation logic of the relay protective unit and using the concept of Markov state space, this paper proposes a model for calculating the probability of correct failure removal of the relay protection system. By considering the effect of major protection and backup protection, the model can evaluate the reliability of a protection system with different configurations, truly reflecting the probability of its correct failure removal. The validity of the model is shown with an example. The results are of value for the power system's reliability analysis and risk assessment.
