摘要
为了获得低的槽电压从而降低电耗,缩短电极间的距离,减少电极间溶液的电压降是非常有效的方法。介绍了高电流密度零极距离子膜电解槽的结构、配套的离子膜及操作方法。运行情况表明此种电解槽可降低离子膜碱的生产成本。
The effective methods for low voltage of electrolyzer were that power consumption and distances between poles were decreased, and voltage drop between solutions of poles was reduced. The structure, the auxiliary ionic membrane and operations of electrolyzer with high current density and zero polar distance were introduced, and the cost of ionic membrane caustic soda were decreased with the electrolyzer.
