摘要
提高现场导游能力的关键之一是注重导游人文素质的培养。文章从旅游管理专业学生参加现场导游考试存在的问题及导游职业与人文素质的关系提出了相应的教学改革设想,以达到更为理想的教学效果。
One of the key issues to enhance the capabilities of site tourist guides is to pay attention to cultivation on humanistic natures for tourist guide. In this paper, the author puts forward corresponding assumptions on teaching reform based on the problems exited in the site tourist guide examinations of the students with a major of tourist guide and the relationship between profession of tourist guide and humanistic natures, which are for the purpose to upgrade the humanistic natures of the students so as to achieve more ideal teaching results.
