摘要
介绍了实体有限元模型建立的一般过程,以某型机枪为例建立了其发射状态下人—枪—土壤耦合系统有限元模型,分析了其固有特性,并求解其在连发状态下的动力响应,所得结论与实验结果相吻合,验证了有限元模型的正确性。同时,通过模态分析,找出了对武器射击精度影响比较大的结构单元,为结构动力修改、提高武器射击精度奠定了理论基础。
In order to improve the firing accuracy of a certain machine gun, the finite element system model consisting of the launcher, machine gun and soil was established, and its inherence characteristics and response characteristics at the muzzle when launching continuously were obtained from calculation, which is well consistent with experimental results, and the finite element system model is proved to be valid. At the same time, some components that have significant influence on the firing accuracy of machine gun were found by mode analysis, and the theoretical foundation for the change of structure dynamical characteristic and improving the firing accuracy of machine gun was established.
