摘要
研究了原子相互作用势与晶体德拜温度的关系.考虑到原子作非简谐振动,得到了格林乃森参量随温度变化的规律.以晶体铟为例,探讨了晶体德拜温度随温度的变化规律,理论计算与实验基本符合.
The relation between atom reciprocal potential and crystal Debye temperature is studied~ with a view to atom sinusoidal vibration, GriJneisen parameter variety rule with temperature is got; taking crystal In as a case, the Debye temperature variety rule of crystal with temperatre is studied. The theory result is same to the experimental.
