摘要
采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力学有限元软件对含有中心孔的钢板轧制过程进行模拟,分析了在大压下、轻压下及正常压下等不同轧制规程下,中心缩孔在各道次间的焊合情况。通过模拟分析发现,采用大压下规程时,缩孔处受的应力最大,缩孔的焊合情况最好。
The plate which has center-pore defect during rolling is simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, a very popular FE analysis program. Closed of the pore is analysised and compared under heavy reduction rule, normal reduction rule and light reduction rule. From it. The conclusion shows that the pore is closed well under heavy reduction rule than others.
