摘要
白腐菌(white-rot fungi)是目前已知的自然界中对木素具有强降解能力的一类真菌,也是已知的在纯培养条件下能够将木素矿化的微生物。本实验拟通过对从自然环境中筛选出的一株白腐菌,对不同造纸废液中酸析木素分解能力的测试,发现此株白腐菌最佳作用底物为稻草酸析木素,其分解稻草酸析木素的速度在6~14天最快。
The white-rot fungi is one kind of microorganism that can degrade lignin strongly in the nature. The fungi that we known can mineralize lignin in axenic culture. In this experiment, we try to test the degrade different kind of lignin acidizing separation ability of the white-rot fungi from the natural environment and select the best material that the fungi degrade. We find that the best substrate for the white-rot fungus is straw lignin and the fastest degrated rate accured during 6- 14 days.
