分析了图书馆读者满意度的含义及衡量要素,论述了图书馆调查读者满意度的目的及方式,提出了图书馆提升读者满意度的策略。
This paper analyzes on the meanings and measuring factors of the satisfaction degree of the readers of the library, discusses on the aims of and methods for investigating reader's satisfaction degree, and advances some tactics for increasing reader's satisfaction degree.
