摘要
原发性胆囊癌因发病隐匿，早期无特殊症状和体征，诊断往往容易延误，随着分子生物学技术的发展，胆囊癌在基因水平的研究取得了重大进展，使得胆囊癌的早期诊断及治疗成为可能。
The incidence and prognostic significance of primary carcinoma of gallbladder（PCG） is unclear and symptoms are offer vague in the early stage, so this cancer if frequently detected late. With the development of molecular biological technology, gene research in PCG has made great progress, which are faorable for the early dignosis and treatment.
