摘要
免疫抑制剂在肾病综合征中的应用占有十分重要的地位,现重点介绍免疫抑制剂的分类、作用机制及临床应用,临床应用免疫抑制剂的原则及在肾病综合征中如何进行个体的免疫抑制治疗,达到既能取得免疫抑制效果,又能最大限度地减少药物不良反应。
Immunosuppressive agents play an important role in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome （NS） . This review focused on the classification of immunosuppressive agents, their mechanism of action, their clinical applications in NS, principle of drug selection and indications in individual treatment. Ultimately, it is important to select the most effective drug with the least side effects.
