摘要
文中对具有优良综合性能的新型铜时效硬化型06CuNiCrMoNb高强钢的焊接性进行了系统的研究。在对该钢在不同埋弧焊热输入条件下接头性能分析的基础上,进一步对典型热输入条件下接头的系列冲击、组织、抗裂性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,该钢虽然具有很高的强度水平,但因其具有很低的碳含量及碳当量等特点,故其该钢仍具有良好的焊接工艺适应性和优良的抗冷裂性能。
06CuNiCrMoNb is a new aged hardening high strength steel with very good mechanical properties, which has been found widely application. The weldability of the steel was studied, and based on the study of mechanical properties of 06CuNiCrMoNb weld with SAW under different heat inputs,the impact property, microstructure of the weld,anti-crack property of the weld were studied systematically. The results show that although the steel has high strength, it still possesses very good weldability and anti-cold crack property for its lower carbon content and carbon equivalent.
