非心脏手术围手术期心脏事件发生的研究 被引量：4

摘要 随着生活水平、医疗条件和技术的提高，全世界接受非心脏手术的人数逐年上升，同时围手术期心脏事件发生率也随之增加。如果术前对心脏事件风险不能准确评估以及围手术期不能有效防范，会延长患者住院时间，增加医疗费用。现就围手术期心脏事件发生情况及原因、预测及评估风险的方法、诊断及预后指标和干预措施的研究进展作综述。
