摘要
针对电力机车接插件电气性能要求,设计出一套接插件微机性能检测装置。将接插件用电阻简化,建立了检测装置的系统数学模型,分析了造成系统误差的多种因素,研究了检测装置中的电路参数与系统性能之间的非线性关系。通过分段线性化的方法解决非线性误差,并用Matlab软件进行仿真和计算机辅助优化设计,从而实现检测装置参数的优化。整套检测装置具有方便、快捷、准确的特点,在现场中获得了成功的应用。现场检测结果表明,该检测系统在整个测量范围内误差小于3%,达到了精确度要求。
Based on the electric performance requirement of the electric locomotive plug, detecting system for the electric locomotive plugs is designed. Simplifying the plugs with resistances, the system mathematic model of the detecting equipment is set up. Kinds of the factors of the system errors are analyzed and the nonlinear relationship between the circuit parameters of the detecting equipment and the performance of the system is studied. Optimal parameters of the detecting apparatus are gained through the combination of the subsection method and the optimization design by Matlab software. Ultimately the detecting equipment which is convenient and accurate is developed and is successfully used in the practical applications. The detecting results indicate that the system's errors are less than 3% within the whole detecting range and the system has satisfied precision needed.
