The Study of Laser Anti-damaged Coatings

摘要 针对工作波长为532nm和1064nm的Nd:YAG倍频激光器,以防护人眼为目的,设计并优化倍频膜系,选用Ta2O5和S iO2作为镀膜材料,采用等离子体辅助蒸发系统制备波长532nm和1064nm处同时高反射的抗激光损伤薄膜。从设计和制备两方面研究提高抗激光损伤阈值的方法,并给出最终设计曲线及实测曲线。 The laser anti -damaged coatings were designed and optimized to protect eyes from damaged against the Nd: YAG laser of the working wavelength at 532nm and 1064nm. The frequency - doubled coatings were introduced to get a high reflectance at 532nm and 1064nm. The materials were used as Ta2O5 and SiO2 and prepared by plasma - assisted evaporation system. The methods of improving the anti -damaged threshold were studied through both design and preparation. And showed the ultimate design curves and the measured curves.
