摘要
目的探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)在急性胰腺炎心脏损伤中的作用。方法用猫自身胆汁加去氧胆酸钠以高、低两种注射压力(20kPa和3kPa)经胰管逆行注入,诱发猫产生轻重两型急性胰腺炎模型。观察血浆ET-1、血清心肌酶谱和淀粉酶含量变化及胰腺、心肌的病理改变。结果急性胰腺炎时ET-1[(311.53±50.66)ng/L]升高(与对照组相比,P〈0.01),重症组[(311.53±50.66)ng/L]与轻症组[(235.01±45.84)ng/L]差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),ET-1水平与血清心肌酶谱和淀粉酶变化相平行,又与急性胰腺炎(AP)致心脏损伤程度相一致。结论ET可能参与了AP心脏损伤的发病过程。
Objective To study the effect of endothelin-1 in acute pancreatitis(AP) complicated with heart damage. Methods The levels of endothelin-1, myocardial enzymeogram, amylase were investigated in AP model established by retrograde injection of autologous bile and sodium deoxycholate into pancreatic duct with high and low perfused pressure(20kPa and 3kPa). The pancreatic and myocardial pathology were also observed. Results Compared with the control group, the plasma concentration of ET-1 increased significantly( P 〈 0.01 ), and group A was higher than that in group B(P〈0. 01 ). The level of ET-1 was associated with the increases of serum amylase,myocardial enzymeogram, and was positively corelated with the extent of heart damage by AP. Conclusion ET-1 may play an important role in progression of AP with heart damage.
