摘要
2006年的商法学研究向深入方向发展,它不再局限于人们熟悉的领域,对于人们以往很少涉足的商法领域也开始进行积极的探索,表现出从个别领域向多领域纵深发展的趋势。除公司法、证券法的研究继续深入外,商事组织和商事交易的一些新法律问题已成为学界的关注点。并且,人们已在重视改进商法学的研究方法,进一步密切理论工作者与实务工作部门的合作。
In 2006, the research of commercial law in China went deep into different areas. It did not limit to the traditional familiar areas, but involve the areas that had seldom been noticed before. It extended from specific areas to comprehensive areas. Besides the board and deep research of corporate law and security law, some issues in commercial entities and commercial exchange had become the new focuses of the academic research. Moreover, we thought much of the improvement of research method of commercial law and increased the cooperation of academic researcher and lawyers in practical institutions.
