摘要
目的:尝试用按脊疗法治疗颈性眩晕患者,并观察治疗后即刻椎动脉血流动力学变化,试图为按脊疗法治疗此类患者以及开展相关的研究提供有益的理论依据。方法:颈椎眩晕患者42例,均根据X线片上所反应的病变部位进行精确定位,采用按脊疗法治疗及脊椎诊断治疗系统给予补充、辅助治疗。治疗前及治疗完成后即刻经颅多普勒(TCD)检测血流动力学变化和视觉模拟评分(VAS)记录眩晕程度。结果:与治疗前比较,40例患者治疗后即刻的VAS评分显著下降(P<0.01);TCD显示右椎动脉右转位和后伸位的最大值,右椎动脉后伸位的最小值,右椎动脉右转位和后伸位的平均值及左椎动脉后伸位的搏动指数有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:结合椎动脉功能解剖学特性尝试按脊疗法治疗颈性眩晕患者有良好的即刻效果,若要获得确切的疗效,尚需深一步的研究。
Objective：To observe the transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and vertigo degree changes of cervical vertigo patients before and after treatment by chiropractic. Methods： A total of 42 cervical vertigo patients,21 males and 21 females,aged 45.36 years old,were examined with transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and vertigo degree evaluated by visual analogne scale （VAS） before and after treatment by chiropractic. Results： There were significant differences in VAS before and after manipulation （P〈0.01）. There were differences in VA-RRT, VA-RU,VA-LU before and after manipulation examined by transcranial Doppler ultrasonography （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The chiropractic is an effective treatment for the immediately relieving symptoms of the cervical vertigo patients.
