二溴代苤硒脑体系吸附溶出伏安法测定痕量硒 被引量:5

Determination of Trace Selenium by Adsorptive Stripping Voltammetry in Dibromopiaselenole System

摘要 本文研究了硒(Ⅳ)与3,5-二溴代邻苯二胺的反应产物4,6-二溴代苤硒脑的吸附溶出行为。发现在稀硝酸底液中,在悬汞电极上于-0.73V(vs.Ag/AgCl)附近有一灵敏的吸附阴极溶出峰,可应用2.5次微分新极谱法测定痕量硒。在富集6min条件下,硒(Ⅳ)浓度在0.05~100ppb范围内与峰高有良好的线性关系,检出限可达5×10^(-3)ppb。利用本法测定美国NBS小麦面粉标样(SRM-1567)及我国人发对比试样A,结果均与推荐值相符。 In this paper, the adsorption stripping behaviour of 4,5-dibromopiaselenole (4,6-diBr-PIS) obtained from the reaction of Se(Ⅳ) with 3,5-dibromo-o-diamm obenzene in several media were studied. In dilute nitric acid solution, 4,6-diBr-PIS give a sensitive adsorptive cathodic stripping wave at about -0.73 v(vs.Ag/AgCl electrode) on a hanging mercury electrode. This wave could be used for the determination of trace selenium by sensitive adsorptive stripping voltammetry. Under the condition of enrichment for 6 minutes, there is a good linear relationship between the peak height and concentration of selenium (Ⅳ) in the range of 0.05~100 ppb Se(Ⅳ) by 2.5 order neopolarography, and the detection limit is 5×10^(-3)ppb. Total selenium in the standard sample of wheat flour of American NBS(SRM-1567), and reference sample A of hair prepared by Jiangsu Institute of Medicine, were determined successfully by this method. The results are in good agreement with the certified values, and good recoveries were obtained.
