摘要
建立双黄连注射液细菌内毒素定量测定方法,控制药品质量。采用动态浊度法,对双黄连注射液进行定量干扰实验检测。双黄连注射液稀释5倍和10倍时有干扰作用。而稀释20倍和40倍时则无干扰作用。用动态浊度法定量测定双黄连注射液的细菌内毒素是可行的。
A method for the quantitative determination of bacterial endotoxin in the Shuanghuanglian injection was established. The kinetic nephelometry was used and there were interference action in the 5 and 10-fold dilution of Shuanghuanglian injection, and no interference action in the 20 and 40-fold dilution. The kinetic nephelometric assay is entirely feasible in bacterial endotoxin test of Shuanghuanglian Injection.
