摘要
目的研究电针干预高脂血症大鼠动脉硬化形成的机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组、药物组。正常组喂饲普通饲料,其他组均按要求喂饲高脂饲料,造模4星期后,电针双“内关”、双“足三里”穴。用HE染色法,在光镜下观察动脉组织形态学变化。结果电针组高脂血症大鼠主动脉弓镜下少见泡沫细胞,内膜无明显增厚,平滑肌细胞无明显萎缩或增厚。结论电针能干预高脂血症大鼠动脉粥样硬化的形成,消除动脉硬化斑块,对防治心脑血管疾病有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of electroacupuncture intervention in atherosclerotic formation in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods SD rats were randomly allocate to normal,model,electroacupuncture groups. The normal group was fed on ordinary feed and the other groups, on high fat feed. Bilateral points Neiguan and Zusanli were electroacupunctured 4 weeks after model making. Histomorphologic changes in the HE stained artery were observed under an optical microscope. Results Few foam cells, no ob- vious intimal thickening and no obvious atrophy or hyperplasia of smooth muscle cells were microscopically observed in the aortic arch in the hyperlipidemia rats of the electroacupuncture group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture can intervene in atherosclerotic formation and remove atheroosclerotic plaque and has an active preventing and treating effect on cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.
