摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对全国11所体育院校体育教育专业健美操教学目标和社会需要健美操人才规格进行研究,结果表明我国健身市场对健美操人才的能力要求大大提高;体育院校体育教育专业健美操课的培养目标与社会需求存在差距;体育教育专业健美操课应调整教学目标。
Through using the method of literature investigation, export interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper made an investigation on the teaching target and social demand for the aerobics talented people in eleven sport colleges in China. The result shows that the fitness market in China put a higher demand on ability of talented people, which has a big gap between the aerobics teaching target and social demand. The teaching target of aerobics class for physical education major should be adjusted.
