摘要
通过含氢聚硅氧烷和烯丙基共聚醚硅氢化反应,研究了Si-C型软质聚氨酯匀泡剂的结构组成。结果表明:当二甲基硅氧烷链节数m=80,含氢硅氧烷链节数n=9,烯丙基共聚醚CH2=CHCH2 O(C2 H4 O)10(C3H6O)15 OH (PE-A)、CH2=CHCH2 O(C2 H4O)30(C3 H6O)40 OH (PE-B)及CH2=CHCH2O(C2H4O)5(C3H6O)30OH(PE-C)摩尔分数分别为25%,45%及30%时,所得匀泡剂性能、发泡效果与美国L-580相近。
Abstract: The structure and component of Si-C soft polyurethane foam stabilizers were studied by means of hydrosilation between polyhydrosiloxanes and allyl block copolyether, and the results showed that when dimethyl siloxane chain m = 80, hydricsiloxane chain n = 9, and the molar fraction of three kinds of units, i. e. , CH2CHCH2O(C2H4O)10(C3H6O)15OH ( PE-A ), CH2CHCH2O(C2H4O)30 (C3 H6O)40OH(PE-B) and CH2CHCH2O(C2H4O)5 (C3H6O)30 OH(PE-C) in the allyl block copolyether reached up to 25%, 45% and 30%, respectively. The performance and the foaming effect in the foam stabilizer are close to that of L-580.
