摘要
为进一步改善铜.石墨复合材料电刷的导电和耐磨性,提高其使用寿命,研究了在不通电和通电2种条件下,碳纤维含量对铜.石墨电刷磨损量的影响。结果表明,电磨损时,在电刷和换向器间形成一层润滑膜,可降低粘着磨损。随碳纤维含量的增加,电刷的电磨损量降低;当碳纤维含量大于0.5%时,电刷电磨损量增大。在同一磨损时间条件下,电刷的电磨损量约为机械磨损量的2~7倍。电刷在电磨损过程中有极性的差异,正刷的磨损量大于负刷的磨损量。
In order to improve the conductivity and abrasive resistance of copper-graphite composite brush, influence of carbon fiber content on the electrical wear behaviors of the copper-graphite brush were investigated under two conditions of electrifying and non-electrifying. The results showed a layer of lubrication film appeared between the brush and the commutator, which could reduce adhesive wear. The volume electrical wear decreased with the increasing of carbon fiber content. However, when the percent of carbon fiber was up to 0.5% , the volume electrical wear increased. The volume electrical wear was about 1 -6 times higher than the mechanical wear during the same wearing time. There was a polar difference in the electrical process : the volume wear of the positive brush was larger than that of the negative brush.
