摘要
绿色物流一体化运作模式是在传统物流一体化运作模式的基础上,结合环境问题而发展起来的一种新的企业物流经营管理模式。通过比较基于自营的物流一体化运作模式、基于TPL的企业物流一体化运作模式、绿色供应链运作模式和生态工业园生态产业链运作模式,提出了企业绿色物流一体化运作比较完整的目标体系结构,并构建了企业绿色一体化运作的应用模型,为企业特别是制造业有效实施绿色物流一体化运作提供帮助,不仅能有效改善环境,同时还能为企业经济绩效、社会效益的提高提供技术框架,能真正实现经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的“三赢”。
The integrated operational mode of green logistics is a new corporate logistics management mode regarding the environment issues. Through comparative study on the integrated operational mode of logistics based on self-operation,the operational mode of an integrated logistics of enterprises based on TPL,the green-supply chain management,the operational mode of Eco-Industrial Park （EIP）, and a relatively complete objective system structures are put forward for the integrated operational mode of green logistics of enterprises. Furthermore ,the correspondent practical mode is also set up to help companies, especially for the manufacturing companies,not only improve the environment effectively, but support the technological framework for the corporate economic performance and social benefits;so that the ＂three-wins＂ will be gained as far as economic,social and environmental benefits are concerned.
