矮塔斜拉桥索鞍区模型试验及设计探讨 被引量:20

摘要 为研究矮塔斜拉桥的双套管索鞍对连续通过拉索的粘结锚固性能,探讨索鞍区的合理构造设计方法,结合一座矮塔斜拉桥工程,在国内首次进行了索鞍区的节段足尺模型试验.模型平面轮廓尺寸为3m×2m,高2.8m;斜拉索由31根15.2mm环氧涂层钢绞线组成,选取了双套管索鞍的2种粘结锚固构造.通过对单侧拉索的低周反复加载,测试了不平衡索力的传递程度;此外还对索鞍区混凝土连续体的受力特征进行了分析研究.结果表明,这2种粘结锚固构造均有较强且稳定的抗滑移效果;在索鞍区设计方面,探讨了便于更换拉索的构造,并建议在套管外布置螺旋箍筋,并根据拉压杆模型所揭示的力流配置套管下的受拉钢筋. To evaluate the cable bond-and-anchorage strength of the dual-pipe saddle deviator of an extra-dosed bridge, and to develop a more reasonable design approach for this saddle zone, a full-scale model test was carded out for the first time in China, which was grounded on a practical extra-dosed bridge under construction. The model dimensions from a vertical segment of the saddle zone were 3 m × 2 m in horizontal cross section and 2.8 m in height. The inclined cables were composed of 31φ15.2 mm strands with epoxy coating. Two typical bond-and-anchorage devices were chosen for tests. By low cycle tensioning of one side cable, the tension increments transferred to the other side of the cable due to the unbalanced cable force were measured. Moreover the mechanical characteristics of the concrete continuum of the saddle zone were analyzed. It is concluded that the two types of bond-and-anchorage devices are applicable for saddle deviators. As to the saddle zone construction design, details oriented to cable replacement are investigated, and suggestions are also made for rebar arrangement to fit the tension paths denoted by strut-and-tie models.
