摘要
在经济全球化的推动下,企业社会责任日益成为世界关注的焦点。民营企业作为我国改革开放以来一支飞速发展的力量,也面临着承担社会责任的挑战。本文对我国民营企业社会责任履行现状进行了分析,指出企业社会责任是民营企业可持续发展的动力和保障,并进一步提出了促进民营企业履行社会责任的对策和建议。
In the Process of economic globalization, enterprise＇ social responsibility becomes increasingly the focus of concern of the world. As a rapidly development economic forces in china, private businesses also face the challenge of social responsibility. The paper analysis the implement of social responsibility in private businesses, point out that social responsibility is the motive and guarantees of sustainable development of private businesses, and further put forward the Strategy and suggestion to the implement of social responsibility.
