摘要
以具有电脑使用经验的老年人为参与者,使用基于PC的智能家居用户界面原型,研究老年人在不同智能程度界面上完成各种任务的交互绩效,与作者前期研究的年轻人的数据进行对比分析.结果表明:老年人在低等智能程度界面上完成技能型任务的绩效最高,在高等智能程度界面上完成规则型任务的绩效最高.认知老化导致老年人交互绩效显著低于年轻人,执行任务的时间更长,错误次数更多.老年人实验结果中,界面智能程度和任务认知模式之间的匹配关系不如年轻人清晰,尤其是在执行对认知要求较高的任务时更是如此.
The first objective of this study is to investigate senior users' performance when tasks of different cognitive modes are performed. The second objective is to find cognitive aging effects on user performance by comparing young and senior participants' data. The results show that senior participants performed best on low smartness interface when implementing skill-based tasks and performed best on high smartness interface when implementing rulebased tasks. Senior participants took more time and committed more errors than young participants. For senior participants, restricted by cognitive abilities, the match between interface smartness level and task cognitive mode is not as clear as young people especially for high cognitive demanded tasks.
